Tracy Desjardins
Tracy Desjardins first experienced an aerobics class in 1983 and discovered the euphoric power of music, movement and people. This became her “sport” of choice and became certified though AFAA in 1991 and began teaching aerobics classes in college. Her passion and connection to movement and people became her outlet and motivated her over the next few decades to obtain several fitness certifications (Les Mills, TRX, Indoor Cycle and others) and she went on to develop skills in small group and personal training. Tracy is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and a Functional Aging Specialist.
Tracy is originally from Western Pennsylvania and after graduating from St. Vincent College in 1992, moved to the Eastern Shore of Maryland where she married husband Gary and raised two amazing children, Emily & Jackson. Her family also includes three beloved miniature dachshunds. Tracy enjoys all forms of group exercise, outdoor biking, healthy cooking, reading, spending time with family and friends and of course….the BEACH!
Combining fitness coaching with healthy and emotional food balance is where Tracy believes that she fulfills God’s Will in her life…helping and encouraging others achieve their personal BEST SELF at any age.
