I had worked out in my home gym for years with several Beachbody programs but had lost interest and motivation. I wanted to get back into a consistent regimen but needed a push from a personal trainer to get motivated to get in shape. My goals were to get stronger, feel better about myself and I my clothes and hopefully lose a little weight along the way. Tracy and I trained together 3 days a week and each day she had a specific plan for our work, with no days being same. This kept me motivated and interested. She would explain each exercise and what we were working, as well as the benefits achieved. She tracked my progress and it was great to see how far I had come. Five years ago, while slalom skiing, I severely broke my leg and had to have surgery.
