She has coached many clients with varying needs and goals – from those very obese, to others wanting to lose 10 – 20 lbs., and still others who just want to learn healthier eating. “It is rewarding when I see men and women feel more confident, feel better physically, go down a dress size, lose a few notches in their belts or even get off their meds!”
Sandy is a retired teacher with 32 years teaching experience. She has a Masters of Education degree from the University of Delaware and is a Nationally Certified Teacher in Language Arts.
After the birth of her daughter in 1983, she lost 40 lbs. and began working out for the first time at age 30! She has not stopped since. She enjoys group fitness classes, personal training and a solid yoga practice.
She is one at a time crossing items off her bucket list. She zip-lined in Honduras in 2012, ran her first 5K in 2013 and hiked her first mountain last year! More to come….

Meet Tracy
During Tracy’s journey with exercise training she discovered that a “missing link” to exercise results was nutrition and relationship with food. Having overcome her own struggles with food and body as a younger person, Tracy developed a strong curiosity and passion for studying nutrition and emotional eating and went on to achieve three certifications (IAHC, IIN, IPE) to allow her to offer Health Coaching and Mind Body Eating programs.
Tracy has conducted a variety of group “clean eating” coaching challenges such as super foods and sugar detoxes and whole food programming. She also has worked with private clients and couples to create personalized lifestyle programming for challenges such as weight loss, stress management, emotional eating and time management for healthy eating. She believes that each person is fascinatingly unique with individuality. This concept is honored as Tracy works with clients to “dive deep” into discovering what unique strategies will work best to help the client achieve their personal goals. Achieving harmony with food and body to enjoy life and self is ultimately rewarding.
